Explore the Rhine Valley

The valley of the Lorelei (between Koblenz and Bingen) is known for its beautiful scenery, romantic castles and excellent wines. This section of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in June 2002. And Boppard is located right in the center of it.

Boat cruises from Boppard to Lorelei, Bacharach or Rudesheim along one of Germany´s most beautiful sceneries form certainly one of the highlights and will be an unforgettable experience.

Whether the new “Rheinsteig” on the right side or the “RheinBurgenWeg” on the left side of the valley, hikers are enthusiastic. On both you will discover the Valley of the Lorelei through forests and meadows, high up on the height along with views of the Rhine valley with its castles and vineyards.

On the romantic Middle Rhine there are wonderful bike paths along the banks of the Rhine.
